Hon Ming Ip has been appointed general manager of the Grand Castle Hotel, Xi'an.

He has more than 23 years of working experience in similar capacities in both hotel and luxury retail industries with such companies as The Peninsula Hotels, IHG and DFS Group across Southeast Asia, including China. Prior to his move to Xi'an, he was general manager of Crowne Plaza Paragon Xiamen.
